Welcome to Kopai

The platform for building AI agents, putting them in front of people, and getting paid when they're used.

An agent is an assistant you set up once. You give it instructions, a model, files to draw on and tools to reach for. Then you use it yourself, share it with your team, or publish it to the marketplace where anyone can find it. If you publish, you set a price per message and keep most of what it earns.

Where things live

JUST YOU Personal workspace Your own chats, your projects, your personal wallet. Nobody else can see any of it. This is where you land when you sign in, and where chats with marketplace agents live. YOU AND YOUR TEAM Organization Owns agents, the shared file library, analytics and a wallet. Members have roles. Agents you build here can be published, and earnings come back here. You can belong to several. ONE STREAM OF WORK Project A folder inside your personal workspace: its own chats and its own small knowledge base. Use one per client, per product, or per research thread, so contexts stay separate. Agents always belong to an organization. Projects always belong to you. Chats can live in either.
Three containers with three different scopes. Knowing which one you're in explains most of the app.
